This technique incorporates visualization and breathwork and can also be used in your day to day or anytime when you feel like your mind is getting the best of you!

Forgiveness is a difficult practice, but something many need in order to feel lighter and in the flow of love, acceptance, and compassion. Lack of forgiveness creates blockages towards love with the presence of hurt, pain, anger, and grief carried in the heart space. Throughout this meditation, you’ll be guided to release these blocks and heal your heart through the practice of forgiveness.
