Supine Toe Taps

Description

Develop core strength and hamstring flexibility to prep. you for toe taps and press handstand.

Tips

  • When lifting legs overhead, try to lift as little of your low back as possible off the mat
  • Use your hip flexors to squeeze your thighs to belly
  • Tap your toes as close to the elbow as possible
  • Legs straight with feet flexed
