Welcome to Intro To Yoga!

I can’t wait to dive into basic and foundational asanas with you to grow your practice from the ground up.

Before we dive in, here’s a few things on how it works…

The Classes

Each day will have a different theme that will consist of a 15-30 minute practice with the last day of the program finishing off with a full 60-minute Body To Soul Flow practice.

It’s recommended that you have a strap and two blocks available to use with each practice.
