Description
This 10-day yoga program is designed to help anyone begin their yoga practice. Whether you’re new to yoga or have some experience with it, this program will create a strong foundational base for your yoga practice. Having a strong foundation is extremely important when it comes to learning and practicing advanced asana down the line. You’ll learn the basics of a vinyasa flow practice, as well as how to practice fundamental postures safely and correctly.
