Live Program Dates: April 5-May 4, 2021


Learn to take flight in arm balance program 1.0! You’ll practice fundamental arm balancing postures such as crow, side crow, flying split, 8 angle, and more. Each week consists of a general strength practice specific for arm balancing, arm balance tutorials and practices, as well as mixed arm balance practices that incorporate and recap the week’s teachings.

How It Works

Each day, you’ll receive a class and/or tutorial for you to practice to. During the live program dates, you can work with Kiana live over Zoom during the live classes and check-ins.
