Welcome to Intro To Yoga!
I can’t wait to dive into basic and foundational asanas with you to grow your practice from the ground up.
Before we dive in, here’s a few things on how it works…
Each day will have a different theme. You’ll receive a 15-30 minute practice for you to do that relates to the daily posture and theme, except for the last day of the challenge which will be a full 60-minute practice.
The daily check-in is here for you to reflect on your experience as you move through the challenge, and also to help see your progress! Make sure you fill these out at the end of every day.
