Live Challenge Dates: February 15-24, 2021


This 10-day yoga challenge is designed to help anyone begin their yoga practice. Whether you’re new to yoga or have some experience with it, this program will create a strong foundational base for your yoga practice. Having a strong foundation is extremely important when it comes to learning and practicing advanced asana down the line. You’ll learn the basics of a vinyasa flow practice, as well as how to practice fundamental postures safely and correctly.

How It Works

Each day, you’ll receive a daily pose, a class for you to practice, and a daily check-in. At the end of the challenge, you’ll flow along to a live class guided by Kiana where you’ll get a chance to see all of the other challenge participants. If you can’t make the live date, there will still be a recorded version of the class available.

Plus, during the live challenge dates, you can participate live on Instagram with Kiana and the rest of the Body To Soul community throughout the course of the challenge by posting a picture or video of yourself practicing along to the daily pose or class while using the hashtag #KianasIntroToYoga in each post and tagging @kiana_ng and @bodytosoulmovement!
