This class is stretch-inspired and is filled with some of my favourite supine stretches that’ll help you stretch all parts of your lower body. This class is great to do in the morning, before bed, or whenever you feel like you just want to get in a good stretch!
This 20-minute flow is all about connecting to your emotional body. Often times, a yoga practice can be thought-oriented where you’re thinking about the postures rather than feeling and experiencing the postures. In order to move past just the physical experience of a posture, you have to practice tuning and tapping into your emotions and feelings that run underneath that. Being able to FEEL a pose rather than just THINK about whether or not you’re doing it right is a different ballgame. To help you shift your experience into more of a “feeling” experience, you’ll practice a continuous flow, less about alignment, with the intention of moving from one posture to the next like water. Water is the element most closely related to your emotions, which is where the name of this class was inspired from!
