Body To Soul Flow Express

Your express version of Body To Soul Flow; fit everything Body To Soul Flow has to offer into 45 minutes.

Fuel

Looking for a short flow or tutorial to fuel your day? All fuel classes range from 5-30 minutes to help you fit in a practice when you’re short on time. These classes do not follow the Body To Soul Flow structure.

Flexibility

Yin

Move through grounded poses and longer holds intended to help you slow down & stretch it out.

Mobility

Practice movements that’ll increase your overall mobility. Mobility classes will work at opening up your muscles and joints through active flexibility training.

ABOUT KIANA

Gymnastics coach turned international yoga teacher, Kiana’s passion is being able to lead you through practices that help you experience growth in your physical practice while healing your soul in the process. She created her signature class, Body To Soul Flow, to help you do just that.

Kiana is now an E-RYT 200-hour level yoga teacher with 8+ years of experience working with the human body and 5+ years teaching yoga and meditation. If you’re motivated by challenge and growth or love detailed, alignment-focused instruction with a mix of hand-balancing, her classes are for you.
